Van Dam Iron Works, LLC was founded in 1930 when Gerrit Van Dam began hand crafting ornamental iron for his local commercial and residential customers in Grand Rapids, MI. His mission to provide innovative quality products and outstanding customer service became the keystone that has supported our business over these 90 plus years, and continues as our mission today.
Evolution into Excellence
Over those years, we’ve grown and evolved to become a full service miscellaneous metals fabricator. Van Dam Iron Works today is best known for providing custom stair and guardrail systems for customers throughout the Midwest and beyond.
